Solvanta Care was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: everyone deserves access to comprehensive behavioral health care, regardless of where they seek their primary care. We recognized a critical gap in the healthcare system—while community health centers serve as the backbone of primary care for millions of Americans, many lack the specialized resources to address the complex mental health and substance use challenges their patients face.
Our team brings together decades of experience in behavioral health, healthcare integration, and community health center operations. We understood that the solution wasn't to create another disconnected specialty clinic, but to embed evidence-based Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) directly into the trusted infrastructure of community health centers.
